Better than Olive Oil!
People are increasingly aware of the fact that saturated fats are bad for us, but unsaturated fats, like those found in oily fish and olive oil, can actually reduce cholesterol levels.
It's common knowledge, based on sound scientific evidence, that Olive oil is good for us and can reduce cholesterol levels when used as a regular part of a diet. Much less widely known is that
cold pressed rapeseed oil conveys even greater health benefits. This is because it contains fewer 'bad' saturated fats and more 'good' unsaturated fats such as omega oils.
